All our products are made to order, produced especially for you once an order is placed.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size, or color.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll make it right by offering a replacement or refund where appropriate.
